Hello everyone. I'm new here but am impressed with the wealth of info, so I hope to visit often. Can anyone tell me if I can get a set of Pachmayre Grippers or something similar for a Colt Model 357 Magnum? I like the added control of finger grooves. Will other Colt models fit? Or, how about a set of replacement original target grips? I would go that route if a finger groove grip is not available. Thanks, mtmuley

I have a set of Pachmayr's open back finger groove grips on my 6" Colt .357 revolver. They fit me better than the factory wood stocks.

Pachmayr also makes a closed back finger groove grip for your .357. I've used them on an OMM .38 for single-action shooting. Very comfortable.

I have a set of Pachmayr Presentation rubber grips for the Colt I frame that I was about to list in the Trading Post. Send me a PM if you're interested.

Here is a link on the Pachmayr Site for their Grip Selection Chart page. You will find the listings for all the Colt revolvers there.

Here is the link on the Hogue Site for Colt grips. Click on your revolver and you will see both rubber and wood grips are available from Hogue.

Welcome to the forum...

Thanks guys, I appreciate the help. Texas Colt, I am going to try to find the grips locally, but if I can't, I'll be in touch, providing you still have your set. Thanks again, mtmuley

I have Hogue rosewood grips with firnger grooves on my Colt 357. I have an indentical set, without the grooves, on my Colt Officers Model Target .22 revolver.

When my .357s go into the range bag to go to a match, whether it's USPSA or PPC or something in between, they're wearing Hogue rubbers.
Nothing is faster, more efficient, or softer-recoiling.
I promise.
Bill
