Gun discounts for pilots?

I was at my local gun shop in uniform looking around when the owner asked if I knew about the discounts Glock offered for commercial pilots. He handed me a piece of paper with the list of discounts Glock offers for people in the service, LE, and pilots. Some are pretty considerable, more than $100 off the lowest online prices. Does anyone know if other gun makers/gun shops are offering discounts on guns, in particular Beretta or FNH.

A good LEO discount but I'm not sure about pilots, EMT's, or others though.

Well he didn't offer a link for Sig, but you can google that.

They seem very pricey, and somewhat unreliable from what I've researched, however, although a lot of LEA's seem to use them.

I have cousins who are LEO's and were issued GLocks in Las Vegas, I personally loved the .9mm my cousin used a few years back, even though it had no stopping power it was very accurate for a pistol.

I'm not sure what LVPD is using now but that was a great gun regardless, at least with hollow points.

H&K offers a discount.

If a pilot is an FFDO and joins the FFDOA-Federal Flight Deck Officers Association-there are abunch of discounts available.

There's no such thing as stopping power in a pistol caliber. Some would argue against rifles also...

Stopping power starts in the 1-2" diameter.

People have taken multiple shots of .357, .45, .44mag and still walked.
There is no such thing as stopping power. If I hit you in the heart with a .22 it's as good as a .308 rifle round. It's all about shot placement, not bullet size or amount of powder.

The store I bought my first Bersa in gave a military discount, I'm pretty sure they had LE and FF/EMT discounts too, but that was store driven, not manufacturer.

I don't have any links but a gun/cop shop here in Little Rock offers discounts to Military/LEO/paramedics. Don't know about pilots though.
