gun value question

I have a winchester 94/22 that's a more recent model... I think it was the late 80's. the gun is in about 95% condition, just a couple small marks on the stock. What's an approximate value for this gun? I see some on gun trader that the asking price is 750-800, but this doesn't mean they're actually selling.
