I'm a Vietnam Vet. My problem with this is that many others and I played by the rules. We didn't smuggle any NFA weapons back (I may have been successful). This is an example of rewarding someone for illegal acts. Will it include pardons for those whom were caught and sentenced? Will it give guys like me a chance to get one?
