H380 question

I have used several different powders in reloading for my firearms but my cousin gave me some H380 to try out for my 22-250. He has an 8lb jug of it and poured me out a pound of it in an empty 1lb container. My question is when I poured some in my powder dispenser I had a few clumps come out. If you touch them they will brake up. Is this normal for H380 or did this powder get moisture in it? Thanks for any info.

Sounds like it got a little moisture. But probably not enough to make it useless. Keep it in a dry place if possible, keep the lid on tight, and don't leave it in the measure longer than necessary.
