Hangun calibers you reload for.

I reload most of the popular calibers but I have found myself adding guns so I can reload a larger variety. I started with 38 Special, then two more revolvers and added a 357 Magnum and of course I reloaded for that. Then I bought a 44 Magnum which I reloaded for for maybe 12 years. 44 Mag "stable" grew to 5 guns. Maybe I got "bored" with the big 44, so I bought a 45 ACP. Same story; reloaded for that for a few years and wanted a change, added another 1911 for more reloading. Bought a 9mm (then two more) and reloaded that for a few years. Then a 45 Colt, and when I discovered I didn't have one, I bought a 380. I guess I buy guns to reload for, and shoot them so I can reload more...

I reload 32acp, 380 acp and 9mm. I may reload for 30 carbine and 30-06 if I do more shooting with my M1 Carbines and my Garand.

I am retired and I find reloading to be a challenging and rewarding activity. Saving money by reloading can be nice, but just having fun in my shop is nicer.

.25 ACP for a couple of Berettas
.30 Luger, for, . . . , yep, a Luger.
.30 Carbine for a Blackhawk
.32 ACP for a Savage 1907
.32-20 for a Colt Police Positive
.32 S&W, .32 S&W Long, and .32 H&R Mag, for a S&W 'I' Frame, and a Ruger Single Six
.380 ACP for a Husqvarna 1907 (modified from it's original chambering of 9mm Long)
9mm for another Luger, a S&W 9 2.0, and a 1911 that I don't care for.
.38/.357 mag for a plethora of revolvers, both DA and SA
.45 ACP for two 1911's and a Ruger Blackhawk
.45 Colt for Two Ruger Blackhawks

Could reload for, or actually unload and reload routinely?
380acp
9mm
10mm
44mag
45acp
45 Colt

I'm pretty new to reloading with less than a year in. I'm currently loading
.38 special
.357 mag
.45 Colt

.44 mag and .44 special are the next dies on the list. I like to get a set for each because I hate tearing down a perfectly good set up to change from say .38 special to. 357 mag.

I reload for a ton of calibers, but for handgun hunting;

.357 Magnum (for revolvers)
.44 Magnum (for revolvers and T/C Contenders)
7-30 Waters (for T/C Contenders)

Lets see, there's
.25 Auto
7.62x25
32 Auto
32 S&W Long
32 H&R Mag
327 Fed Mag
380 Auto
9mm
38 Spl
357 Mag
40 S&W
41 Mag
44 Spl
44 Mag
45 Colt

Edited to reflect that I forgot 40 S&W

I only load for these handgun calibers;
380 ACP
9mm
38 Super
38spl + 357 Magnum (both)
357 Herrett (Contender)
40S&W + 10 mm (both)
41 Magnum
44-40
44 spl + 44 Magnum (both)
45 ACP
45 Colt

I also cast for several of these.

10mm
40 S&W
45ACP
44 Magnum
480 Ruger
Started with 480 Ruger because I thought factory ammo would get scarce and pricey. (I was right, for once)
Good 40 S&W brass is so cheap right now that I don’t always pick up my empties. I have tons of the stuff.
I, too, am looking to get a .41 Magnum and reload for it.

32s&w, 32s&w long, 32 h&r mag, 327 fed mag, 9mm, 45. I have kept it simple.

Lets up the ante, say you had to limit yourself to two. Which would you choose?
This is really a tough question for me as I load lot's of .45ACP, 38 Super and 10MM for semi's and .357 magnum, 44 magnum and 45Colt in revolvers.
At the moment I'm going to chose .45acp and 44magnum just because I tend to shoot them the most.:scrutiny:

For handguns-
357 mag/38 sp
45 colt/ 454 casull
Dont currently load any rimless cartridges except the 338 lapua mag and i rarely stir a few up for that rifle.
Other than that im doing 45-70 by the hundreds and starting to dabble in 30-30

I couldn’t. Even if I were allowed to buy factory rounds for everything, but only reload for 2, I couldn’t. Too many, and far too much stuff not available on a shelf.

Somes shoot and reload more calibers, and somes shoot and reload fewer calibers. I shoot and reload the three important ones.... .357mag, .40S&W, and .45ACP. of course.;)

I do shoot .22LR as well, but that's for fun......and you know what? I'm really glad I don't have to reload .22!

If you have to shoot and reload more calibers than that to be a real reloader......then I'm not. Gee.......that means when I retire from reloading then will I realize I never started? :D
