Just a coincidence my paper work finally went through the day before my bday. But anyways. Got my sp101,first thing i did was slap on a set of pachmayr renegade grips .shes got a sweet trigger too. Can't wait to shoot her! View attachment 586067

Dang it, now I need to buy a new set of grips for my SP101. Thanks for nothing...

Nice looking pistol! I like the grips! What do you have for a holster?
Best part is those grips were less than 30 bucks from optics planet. Seem comfy, fill out the hand better and they cost about the same as just wood inserts did!

Those grips look great. I hadn't seen them until now. They are similar to the Badger Boot for a fraction of the price. I have had Badgers on mine for 10 years, but am ordering a set of those today just to give them a try.

Nice present, happy birthday. Mines coming up too, not on my birthday, but that week (Wednesday) I'll be paying off a layaway (RIA Rock CS), but unfortunately I'll have to wait a few days to a week for it to come from Buds to my FFL, and then MD's 7 day waiting period can begin (on a gun I started the layaway on a month ago, and I already have quite a few handguns, makes no sense but this is MD).

Anyway... again, nice gun. Looks great with those grips on it.

I was looking at the badgers too,but wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the money. These also seem to have a more vertical angle to them compared the the badgers, but it's hard to tell without ever handling them.
