The brick and mortar Kittery Trading Post has a good reputation and I been pleased buying through their web site as well. I was at KTP on Friday and it was CRAZY busy. I haven't bought through Gunbroker from them but I have every expectation that your transaction will be completed successfully.
I don't know what contact information you have but perhaps checking out www.ktp.com customer service (Online Customer Service: 888-439-9036, Local 603-334-1157, Retail Store Phone: 888-KTP-MAINE (587-6246)) will give you another option to get their attention.

I bought my LC9 at their store in Kittery. It had to be shipped to a local FFL, but everything went smooth and the total price (purchase, shipping, FFL fee) was pretty reasonable.

I made a GB purchase from them before the craziness and had no problems. I'm sure they are swamped like everyone else these days. Try calling them directly?

Thanks, I called the used gun department and they connected me to internet sales. Turns out the guy that handles gunbroker sales was on vacation. Gun should ship today and be here Wed or Thur.

Glad to hear it. Have been to their brick and mortar store, and it's a treat. Imagine a Cabela's, but where they actually care about customers and customer service, and the flunkies aren't flunkies! They actually know the products really well and price accurately.

They are a pretty good store. Compared to another local shop I go to they are higher priced but nice selection that you can fondle and some decent accessories/reloading supplies.

I love going to KTP. They always have a pretty good selection and their prices are real good. Too bad I had to move away, so I have to drool or use an FFL if I buy anything but a long arm there.

To close this out, please look at my comment in post #6 in this thread. Once I was able to talk to someone, the service was stellar.

The gun arrived at my FFL today and ws exactly as described. I'm very happy with the firearm.
