Update on the Anschutz
I finally got to shot the 1710D today, here are some pics, I started the temp was 31 deg's and about one hour later it was 40. then three hours later the wind came up so I switched to my CZ 452 SE Ultra Lux on some 25 yard targets. I shot from 50 yards and used SK Rifle Match and SK Pistol Match. Then I started to play with the torque on the action screws. Started in with 17" and then went to 21 and the 24 and ended up at 25 inch pounds front and back. The sight on target went up about 1" from 17 to 25. I still had a floating barrel so I guess I can still play with those settings. Cant wait until spring!

I got some small and large primer pocket swage gauges from Ballistic Tools. The two gauge set, not pictured in the link was $20 plus $2 S&H. I normally use my pin gauges to check primer pockets but for about $20 these little gauges work fine. They arrived USPS yesterday. Have a few guns I am thinking about but haven't pulled the trigger on anything yet.

I did buy a BRNO Mauser for $200.


I stopped by Tractor Supply Co. to get dog food and saw that they had metal ammo cans again ans this time they had 30 cal cans so, I picked one up to put the 250 rounds of 45 Colt ammo I just got from a friend.


I also picked up a 1,000 count roll of light blue labels to use in the shop for marking all the stuff I have been boxing up, like gun parts. If anyone would like some free labels let me know.
