height of front sight on 625 JM?

Want to replace the gold bead with a fiberoptic so need to know what height is correct for the spring loaded front sight of Smith & Wesson JM. I see high viz has .208, .250 and .30. Thanks.

My 625JM has a .250 quick change gold bead. I did buy a fiber optic version to try but I went back to the gold bead. The fiberoptic now resides on my 686ssr. That gun had a red ramp. In general a gold bead is a great overall sight.
