Help ID this pinfire

Hi all! New to the forum. I'd appreciate any help identifying this pinfire revolver. I know it has an ELG proof and I found three other marks on the pistol. Two appear to be a crown over a reverse P, the other, on the front of the barrel, looks like a crown over a U.

ELG is the long time standard Belgian proof mark, all makes.
(Crown) U is a German proof mark.
The "reverse P" might be a maker's mark.
