Help ID this pistol mag?

Going through some old boxes and found this pistol magazine. No markings on it and a 9mm round seems to fit nicely in it. Can someone help ID what pistol it goes to? Is it an unusual, hard to find mag? Value? Thanks.

My first thought was one of the ParaOrdinance pistols. Double-stack to a skinny single-feed, so, almost certainly a pain to load.
Sig, possibly, but Tangafolio, perhaps.

That long skinny bit is throwing me for a loop.

Nope, mine doesn't match the CZ Mod 83 mag as depicted. (Look closely at the right side of both mags.)

Wow, good find! What search terms did you use? (I feel sour I didn't find it!)

Pretty rare there is one for sale for like $165 on GB and it looks rough.

@Odd Job I know a couple of resources to look at magazines and honestly I just tried to find something made or imported in the ban years. Triple k makes a bunch of oddball mags and I was looking at Astra mags when the Omni occurred to me. It was a pretty distinctive looking pistol in that era and i just thought to look for pics of the magazine. I am unsure if that dimple restricts the capacity or not.

My goofy love of reading gun digests and shooters bibles like a Sear's Christmas wish book when I was a kid let me remember that model.

I thought it looked like a hi cap Makarov magazine but the angle was wrong and it uses a push button mag release. I looked through all the larger capacity tokarev mags, CZ, Bersa and others before I thought to look at Astra, and Llama.
