Those Spanish bayonets (I have one just like yours) will fit a CETME, and are available at local shows for under $10. I think they handle and balance very well as fighting knives.
On the pilots knife they started issuing those in the vietnam period and still currently make them. Most of the real issued ones are marked with a maker and date stamped. If you look on one of the side flats on the butt nut at the base of the knife as that is where they are marked.
