Help identify this cartridge case

I'm not sure if this is the right place but I need help identifying this piece of brass. The headstamp is 86E378-014M82LS. The mouth of the case has copper "teeth" coming out. Looks like they might of been a crimp that opened when shot? The head is about the same dimensions as 45-70 brass but it tapers down to .40 inches. The case is on the let with 45-70 on the right for comparison.

Im thinkin its one of the special .410 shells made by the British and Indians for the smooth bore Enfield conversions.

Could the copper " teeth " be inserted in the case like part of a cap for birdshot??? Not a clue really.

8" M110 SP how primer

It's a primer for an artillery piece that used bag charges. It's filled with compressed black powder. Primer fits in the breech block.

I was thinking Brit 410 Ishapore as well, but that ignitor sure fits the bell.
