Help needed with s&w

I need your help on this one.
My wife’s father lives in Israel and asks me to find for him a rear sight and a hummer for S&W .38 special revolver.
He bought it in the early 70’s and he is not sure about the specific model.
This is 4” heavy barrel with adjustable sight, regular frame (no stainless steel). It’s looks like Model 10 or maybe 15 M&P?
The serial # is k974xxx

What is the exact model?
Where I can find the right parts?

When you order parts, be sure to include the serial number. Parts have changed over the years, and they'll need to know exactly what you have.

Hammers came in standard and target styles. It appears from your picture that it has the standard style hammer.
