I stared at the instructions and dial for my Shield RMSc for a while and still couldn't figure out what direction to turn it.

When adjusting windage and elevation, what direction do I turn it to adjust POI? Clockwise or counterclockwise for what? Don't most red dots move the POI?
I looked at the dial that comes with it but still can't grasp if the direction listed moves the dot that direction, or if you want to adjust it the opposite way.
