I've seen their ads, but I've avoided them because of something my last trainer mentioned. I'll throw it up here so you understand my bias. What I was told by a well-regarded trainer is to avoid PMAGs, because they break on his range. This is hard rocky ground, and dropping a mag during drills makes plastic magazines break.

I mentioned this to Hexmag and they agreed - according to them their first generation magazines could be expected to break (on average) after 4 drops, the PMAGs after 5, and their second generation mags after more than 20. So with that in mind...

These sell for $11.99 for AR-15 mags, and $18.99 for AR-10s. These will run well in SCARs - see the cutout below, and note they have a SCAR as one of their test weapons. If they don't for some reason, the warranty will fix it.

The pitch here is colored followers that have a matching color in the base. So you can easily tell different loads by color.

Transparent magazines are in testing, but not there yet.

New for 2017 are Glock 9mm magazines, available in the April/May range. .40 S&W will be available in Q3 or Q4, with .45ACP available next year. This should include high capacity magazines as well. I tried to convince them to make the high-cap .45 mags first, but they weren't persuaded.

Rail Guards and grips are available as well. The guards felt rubbery and quite comfortable.
