You know what bugs the hell out of me? The fact that this poll even exists. Of course I own guns at home as should every able bodied able mind citizen of the United States of America.
Everybody should at the the very least own a quality shotgun with a mix of birdshot, buckshot and slugs. I feel it is a duty to not only protect your own life but have the abilty to hunt and fend for yourself should situations warrent it.
Hell I own a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit too. There is no difference as far as I am concerned.
This coming from somebody who is not a hunter.
People peeve me. Everybody wants to rely on somebody else instead of stepping up and relying on themselves.
OF COURSE I OWN A FIREARM AS IT IS ONE OF MANY SMART THINGS TO DO.
Bahhh liberals.
Sorry I have been drinking and I am tired and irked by such questions. I did, however, vote.

Sorry, your vote has been nullified and the department of homeland insecurity will be along shortly to collect your "unneeded" firearms. (This refers to all of your guns) Please have them ready for transport
Stupidity seems the standard today. Young ladies in particular seem totally out of touch with reality. Young men for the most part have become utter reprobates. The children and young folks I meet that have their heads screwed on straight all have one thing in common: Home schooling.
omega that's definitely not universal. I have two cousins who were home schooled (both "graduated" when they were 15 or 16) who will be lucky to get into community college. They don't even have a basic understanding of algebra and I'm surprised that they've even heard of the SAT (they haven't heard of the ACT). Right now, one of them is waitressing and the other is still looking for a job.
