I purchased the Taurus PT 709 two weeks ago. The pistol handles well and shoots adequately. I have the stainless steel slide. Does anyone make a paddle holster for this gun? I'm using a Don Hume holster for a Sig229R to carry the Taurus709 but its a little loose. Any suggestions would be helpful?

Timetraveller, I just bought my Slim this past weekend at a gun show and got a Desantis IWB holster for the Slim. I know it's not a paddle but this holster fits the gun nicely. The model of holster is the Tuck This II M24BAE1Z0. It says it is for the following:
SIG P239; S&W 945-1; Glock 26, 27, 29, 30, 33; Taurus PT111, PT140, PT 145; Walther PPS, PK380.

Works great for the Taurus PT709. I hope this helps.

Ace Case IWB and tuckable IWB for the Sigma .380 fit very nicely. I have also tried the Clipdraw with no reliability problems. I have also used a generic slide holster for small to medium frame autos that fits very nicely after the gun is left in it to mold to it for a while.

I have been using Uncle Mike's neoprene #12 for summertime, if you're like me and like leather in the winter, believe it or not Tagua makes a holster for the Kahr PM45 that fits it like a glove.
