We do not pick the time or the place when our gun will be needed for self defense. We have to be right all of the time and the bad guy needs to be right only once. Hence, at home my pistol is in my pocket or highly accessible. Our town is indeed among the "safest" there could be but I don't want to be the first statistic to prove otherwise.
