Hornady case activated powder drop problems...

I called Hornady last Friday and had the shims on Monday. There are two shims they sent and my powder drop-measure worked with the thinnest one best. A+++ for my experience with Hornady customer service.

farmerbuck-always said give a farmer a piece of bailing wire and a pair of channel locks and they can repair anything. this time all that was needed was a rubberband.

Yup Ruger, we can do it. It actually worked good. That little bit of tension was all it took.

Installed the shim today and it appears to have solved the loosening problem with the powder charging station.
