Picked up a used Dillion swage at a gunshow this weekend. I'd be interested in seeing pictures of how you mounted yours. Has anyone mounted their's vertically?

Thanks,
Scott

I mounted my Dillon Super Swage 600 on a 16" piece of 2x4 lumber.

That lets me use it resting on my legs while watching the TV. Swaging is more a tactile rather than a visual task.

I've got mine mounted on a piece of 2x4 that I ripped just a little bit wider than the tool and bolted the tool to it. I clamp it in the vice on my bench that I use for cleaning guns. FWIW

My Hornady L-n-L AP and my Rock Chucker are mounted on a 1/4" steel plate that is bolted to my 2x4 butcher block reloading counter top that I welded studs to so I could bolt the presses down. So I mounted my Dillon Super Swage on a steel plate and mounted two magnets off of the Harbor Freight Magnetic trays to the bottom. I have also done this with my RCBS case trimmer. Now I can easily move them around as needed.

You can't see it how it's mounted to the bench but I used a piece of angle aluminum to connect the the base plate to the frount edge of the bench
