How do I order from the CMP?

Please in a detailed description how would I order a rifle from these guys?
I really want to get two or three of these M1 carbines and a couple of the M1 Garands. I believe you have to join a club?

www.odcmp.org has the instructions. You need to shoot a match to qualify and you have to have their requirements filled out.

Shooting a match is not necessarily required. Most any shooting activity or training class involving shooting will qualify. My CHL allowed me to qualify for the activity piece of it.

Also, if you are over 60, you don't need it. If you have military service, I think you don't need it as well.

You DO NOT have to shoot a match. That's ONE way to satisfy the requirements.

I'm a member of the NRA and the TSRA, and I meet the "marksmanship" requirement as I'm an ex-LEO and have a Texas CHL. There are several other ways.

Also, Texas State Rifle Association membership qualifies for the organizational membership part. It costs $25 I think. Support gun rights in Texas and help yourself get a Garand.

Often you can shoot a match with a borrowed Garand at CMP affliated club which will make you want one even more!

If you are a Veteran, your DD-214 will satisfy the Match requirement.

No, it does not. Garand Collectors Association. I just re-joined yesterday in preperation for the upcoming Carbines. It has been just 3 years since my last purchase from the CMP, so I have to send everything back in to them.
Honestly, I think if you blew holes in an official target, had someone else sign it, they would probably take it as a marksmanship qualification.
