I just loaded some .45ACP with powder my Dad bought in '95, and I have some IMR 3031 that is a good 25 years old, loaded some 7.62x54R with that last summer, and it all went bang.
A friend fired off about a dozen .45ACP rounds he got with the WWII-issued M1911A1 he bought. The rounds were marked Frankford Arsenal, 1918. Only one didn't fire. (Luckily, I told him they are collector's rounds before he fired off the remander of the box. The previous owner, who bought his issue pistol from .gov after WWII, had fired one magazine of the FA '18 through it. )
I posted the stuff for sale at the following thread after looking up the prices of the individual items I think the asking price is more than fair...let me know if you think I am asking too much. http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?p=3195083#post3195083
