I like polls, it gives me a picture of what other people do and what I can do without driving myself crazy. So vote for all that you currently use!

Nah, we'll leave it at tumbler. Most sites seem to say Tumbler/Vibratory Cleaner now anyways. I knew they were different, but everyone seems to say it both ways. At least it isn't as bad as Clip/Magazine... still trying to beat that out of some people... :D

I voted Tumbler.
Actually, I cheat.

I give to gunsmith, all my spent brass in various calibers. I buy lunch, help instruct students and chip in with components.

I pick up what I need, when I need and shoot. Repeat.

Being an old fart going back to school has some advantages...

Ditto Mal H. It's the best way to do any amount of brass. Everything else is either too slow, or hacks off the bride.

Hey Guys:

I have a Lyman Vibrating tumbler. I to use corn cob media.Had some real luck a few years ago. A freind of mine who owns a painting and sandblast company did a turbine rotor and he had three 50 lb.bags left over . Said he had no use for them and wanted to know if I did. Need I tell you what I said when he told to take them.I like to use Dillan case cleaner. It seems to speed things up and remove stuborn stains.

I always polish my brass because I find it makes it a hell of a lot easier and better to inspect your brass for cracks.

Grijim.

I use a tumbler, in fact I have two. One for corn cob and one for walnut. Depending on how dirty the brass is it goes in one or the other along with some Dillon polish.
Two tumblers may be overkill, but the price was right on the second one so I went for it.

All these votes for a vibratory/tumbler cleaner are making my reconsider trying to save some bucks and using cider vinegar or something else... guess I will shell out the $50 or so for one from Cabela's or Midway.

Cabela's vibratory/tumbler

I have used one of the Cabela's vibratory/tumbler for a year now and it has been excellent so far.
