How many different caliber revolvers do you own and shoot?

Currently I have 22, 38, 357, 45acp and shoot all of them in some sort of half hazard rotation. Thinking of adding 32 or 327 this year and then maybe 9.

I think that's it, none of that modern high powered stuff for me.

A few .22 LRs, a .32 H&R, a couple of .38 Specials, a couple of .357 Mags, a .41 Mag, a .44 Mag, and a .45 Colt. They all get "used," except mostly the .32 H&R is "used" to carry behind my right hip when I'm outside working around our place here - I seldom shoot it. I probably get the most shooting (and handloading) pleasure out of the .41 Mag or the .45 Colt.

It's true then, what I suspected of so many of you. How do you sleep at night knowing of the gaps in your basic battery? What will you do, how will you handle it when the situation just calls for the .455 Eley or the 32 S&W, and you must face the embarrassment of admitting you don't have one?

Sometimes I find myself making do. The opportunity calls for a head shot on a squirrel or a rabbit, and the ideal weapon might be an early S&W or Colt target .22, but the one on my hip happens to be in .45 Colt. Makes little difference really unless you just had your heart set on squirrel head stew.
