How to get associated with a TN Approved Safety School

I've been working on becoming a state certified Handgun Carry Permit Instructor in Tennessee. I've also considered opening my own state certified school, but that may take more time.

Does anyone have any good ideas on how to become associated with a state certified safety school so I can begin teaching? I'm looking at working freelance for now as a side endeavor.

I understand the process to become a state certified carry permit instructor, but the state won't give instructors the curriculum to teach the classes. That has to be given to the certified safety school.

Thanks. I probably should have been more clear. I have the instructor requirements met. What I need is the safety school association in order to be able to order the materials and issue the certificates.
