Second Amendment Protection Act of 2007 - Repeals the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act and the Federal Firearms License Reform Act of 1993. Restores and revives any provisions amended or repealed by such Acts as if such Acts had not been enacted.
Repeals provisions of the Internal Revenue Code and the federal criminal code distinguishing firearms used or suitable for sporting, recreational, or cultural purposes from firearms used generally.
Repeals the Child Safety Lock Act of 2005 and other provisions of the federal criminal code relating to gun storage and gun safety devices.

From the looks of this bill, its something that we all need to get behind and show our support for the passing of this bill. The only thing I see that isnt that great is the repealing of the child saftey lock act of 2005.

I wonder why so many gunnies don't support this guy. No other legislator has introduced a bill that would repeal so many useless laws.

Many gunnies do support him.. I find a good deal of the people that are against him are the ones that bought into the media's portrayal of him. The media hates him because he's stated that they're corrupt, so they did everything they could to drag him through the mud (which proved him right.)

Sadly, this Bill will die in Committee like so may like it. Don't forget that we can overthrow our Government in a bloodless coup every two years by voting out the career politicians. We just have to get the two major political parties out of the way first.

This was introduced over a year ago, and still doesn't have any cosponsors...and no comittee progress...it's as good as dead, just as HR1022 (AWB)
