Gosh darn it, I’ve been away from a Glock for quite a few years now and just paid for a Gen 5 G19. Why do you ask? Well, for $399 plus tax under the Blue Label program, why the hell not?

Now to grab the box of old holsters and find my G19 holsters from like 10 years ago.

Damn you Gaston!

I stopped at a LGS yesterday and that was one of the guns I looked at. Their price was a little high at $650. For $399 I would have bought it. You got a great deal.

I need a G19 to round out my Glock collection and I'm a volley firefighter so I get Blue Label pricing so maybe soon. Good luck with your new firearm!

That's an amazing price and not standard Blue Label pricing... Or so I thought. I just looked it up and they came out with new pricing for the Gen 5 pistols of $398.20. They were like $420 last month when I bought mine...

Wow, If I didn’t have a perfectly fine G3 Glock 19 I would jump on that tomorrow!

Nice pickup!

Stay safe...

Congratulations on a great deal! I've often thought about picking up a spare G19, but have just never gotten around to it.

I would pay extra and get Walther PPQ. The best striker fired plastic framed .45ACP can be had for $500. Walther scored perfect 10 with that firearm. The ammo is also cheap with ball under $15 per 50.

Just FYI to those considering a Glock, AIM Surplus has a helluva deal on police trade ins right now.

G22 Gen3 for $279
G22 Gen4 for $289

That is good price and .40 will be great to have for next ammo crises. Unfortunately today I went to look over .45 PPQ and ended up buying the lightest metal frame .38 revolver S&W ever made. No money for Glock .40 but that bantamweight will be sweet to carry. Going have to pick up some Federal .38 Micro loads next time I'm at Walmart.

Glock is not a bad gun I had four and still own one. It had only one stoppage a failure to go into battery on 150gr HST Micro round. That was my fav defensive load until I found Sig 365 JHPs for about $8 per box less to buy. I'm going to dump G26 as soon as I shoot out all of my 9x19 ammo.

Arkansas Paul had a good PSA. It is also free shipping this weekend, IIRC.

I paid around $285 for a police trade-in Glock 22 a couple of years back, and it was money well spent. The holster wear gives it character, and it hadn't been shot much. I proceeded to rectify that situation. :)

I am not a Glock fanboy, but for me it is a pretty good pistol to bang away with and get decent generic accuracy with any kind of ammo and no malfunctions. I paid $126 OTD for a 9mm conversion barrel and G17 magazine, so now I can bang away with 9mm ammo instead, if and when I feel like it.

The Glocks are a lot of pistol for cheap if you can get a great deal on one.

I've been contemplating an under-$300 police trade-in G22 (Gen 3s and Gen 4s) for a couple of years now. I just can't really justify the expense at this time for an item I don't really need.
Hell of a deal though.
