I weight every round when loading for rifle cartridges and all I load for anymore is 223 an 22-250. I got tired of holding the plastic funnel just right so I wouldn't spill any powder and made the first little funnel sometime ago. It is turned from 1 1/4" aluminum rod and has worked well. Just drop it over the case and pour the powder without any leakage. I have been loading quite a bit of handgun ammo recently and static electricity is annoying. I weight a charge every twelve to fifteen rounds.and got tired of having to sweep flake powder into the case when it sticks to the plastic so I made two more funnels. Not having anymore aluminum rod I improvised with 3/4" rod, a couple of small stainless funnels, and a little shoe-goo to hold things together. Number 2 fits 38 spl./357 and maybe 380 and 9 mm while number 3 will handle 44, 45 ACP, and 45 Colt. I put a fast, light knurl on #2 and and a slow, heavy knurl on #3.

Damn. I might have to spin one up. ;)

I have the Hardcore funnels and they work great. Never have to worry about static or spilled powder. Just have to remember to pick the funnel straight up. If you tilt it, it will pick up your brass. Then you can spill powder.

I also use Saturn funnels.
I have no problem with static - I cut a piece of dryer sheet about 1 1/2" x 8"---I place half of it inside the powder drop & bend it around & tape it to outside of powder drop - for me it works !
