A few questions:
- Is this some sort of revolver grenade launcher? And if so does anyone know what type?
- Does the phrase “close counts with horse shoes and grenades” apply the soldier’s firing/aiming (or non-aiming) style? Maybe he is firing a gas grenade?

I've used one exactly like that in 37mm that fired gas grenades or less lethal rounds. I don't remember who the manufacturer was. The 40mm version that the Marines use (built by Vltor) is a beefier unit.

37 mm multi munitions launcher, rubber band powered cylinder. We used to use them for prison operations, and got rid of them because they were unreliable as all get out. We went back to the single shot 37mm, much better.

It's gotta be scary living over there when this can break out on your street.

Ahhh but notice all the satellite dishes in the background.

The residents were probably all inside watching "Israeli Idol"

Ding Ding Ding!!!

We have a winner, post # 7 above.

"37mm Composite Stock Multi-Launcher" made by Defense Technology.

Looking at their web site (link in post 7) it looks like it fires mostly chemical, less-lethal or " pyrotechnic" rounds.
