So, are you going to have a quad runner handy so us old farts can get to the target and back on the same day on that 2500m range?

Actually, a buddy of mine has that solved. He's got a 1200m range behind his house. He used to have a few quad runners lined up to check targets. He then came up with this idea. He has an FCC license for a small television signal (I don't remember the wattage). He sets up the camera at the far end, and you can watch the impacts as they happen on the monitor right next to you! Combine that with video recording, and you've got something to take home with you!

You probably would need to offer long distance shooting classes in order for people to really take advantage of it.

The reality is most people are Sunday rifle shooters with little skill beyond 100 yards.
