I just today posted A story about some very recent Criminal issues that took place in my neighboring State of Delaware and got an "off topic" locked reply.
Just where on this site can I publish some of the ludicrous goings on that are happening?
I think that it's important that we all know about how our so called "Justice System" is dealing with repeat offenders and "parolees">
