They're insisting that not only is he not for gun control, but NEVER WAS!

It increasingly looks like that we are going to end up with McCain. The bad news is that it might not be the Huckster whom I support, but the excellent news is that it will not be Romney or Gulliani. There is a lot to be desired from McCain on the 2A, but the he is someone I can stomach and vote for in the general election.

However, it is worth pointing out his past shortcomings on the issue.
