Hello, have been trying to research this manufacturer & muzzleloader with no luck. Any info or a point in the right direction greatly appreciated!
Feels rather small as if a youth model, the length is 43 1/4" overall, Barrell is 27 1/8" & marked M.Young / Watertown N.Y. / Cast Steel. Rifled bore approx. 45 cal. Flip up peep sight and iron sights. No other visible markings. I find no listing for an M.Young in Watertown N.Y. (about 35 miles north of me). Thank you in advance for any information on him or this gun, era?, has it been modified? Etc.
