So I invited some co-workers to the range recently, and it got me thinking. Has anyone ever invited a hard-core anti-gun politician to the range? Of course, I doubt they'd go given their schedules, etc. or they'd give a BS excuse as to why they can't (or they'd just not reply).

But in theory, it would be fun to take my F- rated senators to the range and give them some proper firearms instruction and watch their faces light up with grins from ear to ear. I'd take a picture of it and post it on the internet. That would be priceless.

I think it'd be interesting to get some anti politicians up at the firing line with good instruction and see what happens. I bet a lot of them would secretly love it. Plus, it might be good press for whatever pro-gun organization invites them. Plus, it might help negate some of the BS they spew about firearms.

Just a random thought I had, but maybe it's been attempted before....

Thoughts?
