HSB 16: Eliminates permits to aquire pistols and revolvers
HSB 17: Adds to Iowa Constitution RKBA
HSB 18: Makes certain that no confiscations happen during a state of emergency
HSB 19: Takes away political subdivisions' (cities/counties) ability to restrict lawful carry
HSB 37: Allows for NFA, SBR, SBS, Class III under federal regs

The "study bill" is to see what acceptance the house or senate has for said bill. If it gets good acceptance, it goes forth and is given a bill #.
