is this Colt Delta Elite Orignal?

Folks,

This Colt Delta Elite came to my hand this week and I´m not sure if it´s an original configuration? Differences with other DE I´ve seen around are the hammer, wraparound grips, top of the slide, and blued trigger.
Any help?

It looks like an original DE. Remember that there where two versions of the DE. Your photo is of the later "enhanced" series, which had the changes you noted: tob rib on slide, grip safety, etc.

The model you show is the Enhanced version of the Government Model, as MrPink stated. The older Delta Elites had round topped slides, small grip safety tang, and rowel hammer to differentiate them from other Government Models. I prefer the Enhanced Model, myself, as more comfortable to shoot. YMMV

Rear sight doesn't look stock, actually. But I could be wrong since the picture is kind of grainy. Otherwise it looks like a stock "enhanced" model Delta Elite.
