Iver Johnson 16 ga

I am loking for info about using high brass loads in an old Iver Johnson 16 ga. single shot. Is it ok to shoot these rounds in an older gun?

yes its fine
mine was a 1910 single shot that i would still have if my house wasn't broken into. found the robber in a walmart trying to use my credit card. He got 5 years but i got No iver j now :-(
