Russian holster maker, Holster INC, makes a leather IWB holster for Makarov series pistols. I have one, and it seems to be a solidly made holster. The finish of the leather can range from almost blonde to a darker brown, but not quite a rust brown. I have the latter. These holsters sell for $15 to $25 on eBay. When I recieved mine, it definetely felt tight, but it has since loosened up after molding itself to the weapon. Even the topstrap got reasonably acclemated with the oversize target style (thumbrest) grips on my particular piece. It is an open bottom holster, FYI. In addition to the leather belt loop for right hand IWB carry, there is also a steel clip which is removable- allowing left hand use (I guess). One major complaint I have is that there isn't enough tension on the thumbbreak. Instead of a plastic bar, I think it would better with a metal one. I'll describe that further after PICS. The inside of the holster has a texture similar to brushed suede hiking boots.
