I had a Kramer leather Horsehide IWB #2 but found the S&W 25-5 was just too damn big for my scrawny 5'9" frame to carry concealed. The holster was top notch, but I sold it and went back to carrying an auto. Kramerleather.com
Theres an outfit calling themselves "CABO' Carry A Big One, that makes large caliber revolver holsters for concealed carry although I don't know their contact info/location. HTH

The Milt Sparks VM-2 is what I use for carrying my M625PC. This holster has the belt loops set so that they are not adjacent to the cylinder, keeping the profile as thin as possible. The thinner profile makes concealed carry with a large revolver much easier.

Whatever holster you choose, I'd strongly suggest choosing an IWB that does NOT have the straps/clips/whatever over or near to the revolver cylinder. I had a long chat with Tony Kanaley at Milt Sparks Holsters about this, some time ago, when I was looking for an IWB holster for my .357 Magnum revolvers. He recommended their VersaMax II design, which puts the loops/clips out at the end of the holster, thus minimizing bulk over the (already bulky) cylinder. Makes sense to me...

Details of the VersaMax II can be viewed here. Click on "Products", then on "Inside The Waistband", then on "VersaMax II" to navigate to the page. The illustration below shows pistols in the holsters, but you can see how a revolver would benefit from having the loops/clips set away from the cylinder.
