Aquired a Ruger Super Blackhawk Hunter in .44 Rem Mag. I have not had a chance to shoot it yet, but it seems like a very nice, high quality piece. As an added bonus, it could double as a decent club if needed. Anyway, I was curious if there were any options for fluted cylinders for this gun. I like the looks better than the non-fluted. I also got a Nikon Monarch UCC 2X20 scope, a basic Uncle Mike's Sidekick holster, a Bianchi cross draw holster, and a waterproof airline approved case.

Rugers single actions are cool. I have owned and do own several.

I just bought a cool little Ruger Super Bearcat .22 last week. I checked the Ruger serial number list, and my cute little revolver was made in 1972.

I'm up to 4 Ruger single action .22 revolvers now!

Got 2 old model Single-Six revolvers, 1 new model Single-Six, and now the little Bearcat.

I own a Super Blackhawk Hunter as well, i have a bushnell 2-7 on it. When shooting it next to a regular super blackhawk, the difference in recoil was nothing short of astounding. Though it makes perfect sense, the hunter with a scope is a LOT heavier. Enjoy.

While convertibles aren't generally available in stainless, you can build your own convertible by getting what you want in stainless and sending it to the factory for a spare cylinder. I have done this several times with .45s and once now in .357/9mm.

2, 4 8, 20... forget how many Ruger single action reside here now. Have brought home 2 already this year. I have a Hunter but one of the 45 Colt Hunters.
As for the fluted cylinder, check with the better gunsmiths who may have take-offs or keep an eye on eBay. heck maybe even call Ruger but the will require it to be fitted by them. Usually they're drop-in but some have been known to need to be fitted/timed.
