Well, I mounted it on my 22 K Hornet. This scope has the mil dot reticle, but is second focal plane so the dimensions of the dots and spaces change as I run the magnification up or down. It came with a table showing the various dimensions at the various mags. There are only 35 different dimensions. I'll have it memorized by tomorrow no problem. NOT!!
Actually, not much of a problem since the longest shot I've made on a live target with this rifle was 110 yards on a coyote. The scope will stay on 9 power and that will be that. At 9, one mil is equal to one mil.
