They removed the rear sight, and sent it back to me without one. Granted the warranty work was done by Remington, but to send the rifle back with a scope base (that I didn't put on there) and without the rear sight (which I did send it with) is just crazy.
So they did chamfered the crown, and sent back an awesome group of less than an inch, but they left my rear sight ramp off the gun.
I guess I will have to call them and have them send me a new sight ramp.
Has anyone had this kind of issues with Marlin before? I have always been a Marlin man. I own many of them, but this rifle has been problematic, and it was bought back before Remington got a hold of the company, but to send my rifle back without sights and a scope base? Why would they do that?
