k98 with mojo sights?

has anyone tried the mojo rear sight with the origional front sight? Mojo only sells the k98 sighst as a front and rear set (snapsights they call it) I would prefer to keep the front post...

I had the Snapsights (they were called Phase III's at the time) and loved 'em. I'm planning on adding the to a VZ24 Mauser I'm refinishing. I've never used the rear sight only, but don't be afraid of the two piece set. They work great.
