ok.... bought a kel tec Pf9...... had problems with light strikes on the primer causing it not to fire..... I sent it back to Kel Tec for warranty work.... I didn't even have the receipt or anything to prove when or where I bought it.... they fixed it and sent it back at no charge...... however, the magazine they sent back with the gun would not lock the slide back when the mag was empty.... I called them and it is only a matter of which follower is in the mag..... they sent me three new followers at no charge even though I only had one mag that needed the new follower... and I got it in only two days..... I believe Kel Tec has given me first class customer service...... how has your experience been with Kel Tec's service? I'm extremely happy....

Kel Tech seems to catch a lot of flack for their designs, but I have contacted them a few times and the service was first rate.

My P11 broke the stamped steel ejector, and KT had 2 mailed out and at my door in less than a week. No questions asked besides my name and address:)

Must be their policy to supply us with extra parts.

They are awesome
a really A+ company that takes care of it's customers

Oh, and mine was bought used and I told the lady that, she asked the SN, and said, well I'll send you out the recoil springs too, probably about time for them anyways.

I am glad your customer service experience was in line with the many other CS experiences I have seen reported on the web. I have never had to use them as my KT's have all been flawless. (PF9, 3yrs, Sub2k- 1 yr) It is nice knowing that if anything goes wrong they stand behind their product 100%. Few companies will these days.

Sometimes I wonder if their quality control is lacking, but their customer service is top notch. Maybe even the best.

My Kel Tec P3AT (Generation 1) had the slide stop pin come loose a couple times and actually deformed the receiver hole it went through. I sent it back in early December 2010 hoping it would be repaired. About 7 weeks later a brand new Generation 2 model showed up with the same serial number. They just replaced the whole thing. It works great.
A1 customer service.
Took a smidge longer than I expected, but I was pleasantly surprised at the result.
