Yes. As far as I know, MA allows private ownership of automatic weapons. And if they don't, I know Idaho and Pennslyvania do. I doubt that kerry has one thouhg, and if he does it's probably a dummy hanging in an office, or something.

M-16's like all guns, have a mind of their own and are capable of acting independently, they can and do kill people. This must have been one of the few good guns and, no doubt, our fearless hero has taken the communist assault rifle into protective custody for re-ejection. Only the elate should attempt to rehabilitate any gun, especially a "communist assault rifle" ...Could be that the Communist rifle is one of his advisers.

If the homeland defense rifles are banned or heavily restricted in California, where does Flaky Feinstein get her "machine guns of death" to show off? I mean, is she committing a felony each time she displays it at a media feeding frenzy?

And to be fair, nail Kerry to the wall for breaking the gun laws. Do to him what the ATF would do to any of us "lesser" subjects of the realm. That would fix the presidential race rather quickly. Hard to be president of the country if you are serving time behind bars for a few felony counts.

Is he saying that HE saved the lives of his ENTIRE crew with HIS M-16 now?? By shooting a single fleeing unarmed wounded VC in the back?? What a guy. Should have got the CMH for saving the entire crew. I thought he only saved one by going back and rejoining the other boats he had abandoned and managing to pull a guy out of the water. Do I have this all wrong??

The anti-gun gang has never had a problem getting rifles to show off as "evil" guns.

When the governor of MD (then a Democrat) was pushing the state version of the AWB, he ordered the State Police to do a "show and tell" for the TV and press. The idea was to display all the "assault weapons" they had seized in crime investigations. The only trouble was that there were none.

But that did not stop our intrepid law enforcement officers from toadying to the loony tunes governor. They went out to several stores with state money and bought AK-47's and AR-15's, which they took into their property room. They then brought the guns out, placed them on tables with some shotguns and pistols, and told the reporters that, "These deadly assault rifles came out of our property room, where we keep guns seized in crimes."

Note that that statement is not a lie; the guns had "come out of the property room", and they never said those guns were seized in crime. If the stupid press wanted to believe that, the MSP would let them. Believe me, the current CBS document mess only proves once again that news media people are stupid and naive and willing to fall for any lie or trick that seems to support their biases.
