There was mention of a bill in the OH senate that would decriminalize concealed carry of pocket knifes. Essentially, the bill would remove pocket knives from being classified as weapons unless they were actually criminally used as a weapon, makes sense.
I think it may have also removed the prohibition of carrying an automatic knife.
It overwhelmingly passed in the senate, supposedly sent on to the house.
Anybody know its current status, or its chances of passing?
