In February, I placed an order for components from Evergladesammo.com. They sent a shipment confirmation including a USPS tracking number. I tracked the shipment on the USPS website and on the day it was supposed to arrive, it didn't. The next day the USPS website said it was "delayed". After a few days of "delayed" status, I contacted Dave Bender at Everglades via e-mail and asked if they could get any better information. Dave told me he could only get the same information, but asked me to wait a few days because they had experienced been some weather-related delays.
By March 3, the package was still "delayed", so I contacted Everglades. Dave said they would file a claim for a lost package and replace the original shipment - which they did. Dave also said if the original package showed up, they would pay to have it returned. As soon as the claim was filed and the replacement shipped, the original shipment was found. I suggested that rather than have Everglades pay to return the original package, I could just send them a check to cover it and keep them both.
Dave replied saying that was okay, but rather than having me pay for two 500 case/500 bullet orders, they would prefer to price it as a single 1000 case/1000 bullet order and charge me just the difference which made it much cheaper for me. Of course, I agreed. I was really impressed with:
Very impressed. Totally satisfied.

- How quickly Everglades responded to my original and subsequent inquiries,
- The logical course of action they suggested,
- Their response when the package didn't show up,
- Their response when it later did show up, and
- Their willingness to re-price the order.
Very impressed. Totally satisfied.
