Copy pasta for you.

These proposed rule changes have several things in common with the recent rule changes around pistol braces, home built fire arms and forced reset triggers.

They are not based on the actual legislation passed by both chambers of Congress and signed into law by the President of these United States.

They are unconstitutional, per guidance from a series of Supreme Court's rulings from the past several years, New York State Rifle & Pistol Assn., Inc. v. Bruen being the most relevant.

They will do nothing to prevent or restrict misuse of firearms against law abiding citizens, making the populace no safer than before the proposed rule change.

They WILL ensnare otherwise law abiding citizens in a new legal morass, in an attempt to make mala prohibita criminals out of otherwise law abiding members of society.

In summary, your proposed rule changes are an attempt to violate the rule of law to enact punitive politics against a portion of the citizenry you find troublesome.

Do not implement.
